The cottage itself was cozy and clean, with comfortable furniture and a very comfy bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a handy combi microwave and kitchen gadgets. What a disappointment! This place was not what we expected for a Christmas getaway. The location was decent, with a nice view of the mountains from the living room and bedroom. We could also walk to a nearby pub with a decking area by the loch, which was kinda cool. Oh, and the kitchen was equipped with fancy gadgets and a combi microwave, which was convenient.

But that's where the positives end. The towels provided were of poor quality and there were no wash clothes available.

The cottage was a short walk away from the trailhead for Ben Arthur, perfect for hiking enthusiasts like ourselves. And to top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised by the adorable and affectionate Cleo the cat who paid us daily visits at the door. this self-catering cottage provided us with a mind-blowing experience and exceeded all our expectations.

Free WiFi? Wow, what a luxury! And private parking, you mean I didn't have to park on the moon? The cottage itself was charming and had all the amenities I needed for my self-catering stay. Loved the garden views from the terrace.

The bed was lovely and comfortable. The place was immaculately clean. Great location for a walk up the cobbler! Or an hours drive to the stunning glen Coe. Also an hours drive to the Wallace monument. Short travel down the road to Loch Lomond. Highly recommended little piece of heaven in arrachor. ☺️☺️
